1. Pre-Booking Phase

ADS Proctocam is currently available under a pre-launch, pre-booking offer. Customers who pre-book are securing their spot for priority delivery once the product becomes available for dispatch.

The product will not be shipped immediately after pre-booking. Instead, pre-booked customers will be the first to receive their units when shipping begins. A separate communication will be sent to all pre-booked customers once shipping starts, along with tracking information.

2. Estimated Shipping Timeline

Shipping will commence as soon as the product completes its final production and quality assurance checks.

  • Other regions: 5–10 business days

Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics strikes, natural events, or remote area accessibility.

5. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery. A tracking ID will be shared once the product is dispatched.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided during booking are accurate and reachable. ADS Medcom Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Undelivered Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to unavailability or incorrect details, the courier will attempt re-delivery. If undelivered after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
