2. Product Usage Disclaimer

ADS Proctocam is a medical diagnostic tool intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals only. Buyers must ensure the device is used in accordance with applicable medical regulations and clinical standards.

3. Pre-Booking and Pricing

Pre-booking grants customers priority access to the ADS Proctocam device at a special introductory price. The introductory pricing and benefits are exclusive to early buyers and may not be extended to future purchasers. Pre-booking does not guarantee immediate product delivery. Delivery begins once the product is commercially available. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Pre-booking locks in the introductory offer price only.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full at the time of pre-booking or purchase. We use secure third-party payment gateways. We are not liable for any payment processing errors caused by these gateways.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of pre-booking. Post this window, orders become non-refundable. Detailed policies are outlined in our Refund and Cancellation Policy page.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistical or regulatory factors. Pre-booked customers will receive priority shipping once the product is ready for dispatch. For more, refer to our Delivery and Shipping Policy.

7. Warranty & Support

The product comes with a 2-Year Full-Service Warranty, covering eligible technical and manufacturing issues. Physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty. Detailed warranty terms are available upon request.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the website including logos, product descriptions, images, videos, and branding is the intellectual property of ADS Medcom Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

ADS Medcom Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our product or services. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or losses caused by third-party services such as couriers, payment gateways, or internet service providers.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Aluva, Kerala.
