We appreciate your interest in ADS Proctocam and thank you for being an early adopter of innovation in proctology. This policy outlines the terms regarding pre-booking, cancellation, refunds, and warranty.

1. Pre-Booking Terms

By placing a pre-booking, you are reserving your ADS Proctocam device in advance and securing access to exclusive introductory pricing and benefits.

The product is currently in the pre-launch stage. Pre-booked units will be shipped on a priority basis as soon as the product is officially launched and available for dispatch.

Customers who pre-book will be among the first to receive the product ahead of general market availability.

2. Benefits of Pre-Booking

  • Introductory Price: ₹99,999 (Regular price: ₹1,59,999).
  • Free Accessories & Services: Free monitor & stand, 2 years of free service warranty, and 2-year free access to the companion app.
  • These benefits will not be extended after the pre-booking phase.

3. Cancellation Policy

Pre-bookings can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted.

Cancellation requests must be made via email or phone, including your booking details.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of the pre-booking.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

No refunds will be provided after 24 hours or once the product has been dispatched.

5. Return & Replacement

As a medical-grade diagnostic device, ADS Proctocam is not eligible for return once delivered.

In case of a manufacturing defect, the product will be eligible for repair or replacement under our 2-Year Full-Service Warranty.

6. Warranty Coverage

Includes 2 years of free full-service warranty covering service-related issues and manufacturer defects.

Does not cover physical damage, accidental breakage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
